Divine Dignity

We touch lives by offering dignity and hope to our neighbors through hygiene and sharing God’s love. As part of this work, we help people earn self-sufficiency, which can transform them from being at risk to thriving in life.

Costumes and Scenery

UALC has the need for many costumes and props that are used in dramas, VBS, and musical programs throughout the year. Contact: Angie Gilliam.

Visual Arts

Celebrate creativity in its many visual forms: painting, photography, drawing, textiles, sculpture, collage and more. Our group presents the art of local artists through shows and displays at our campuses. Contact: Bob or Norma Bruce.

Quilter's Guild

As believers who quilt, we pray, work to improve our skills, and encourage one another to complete projects. We also sew quilts together for causes such as US military personnel and Habitat for Humanity. Contact: Cheryl Hall  

Stitches Together

Enjoy fellowship, Bible study, and working on your favorite knitting, crocheting or crafting project. Bring your own supplies. Contact: Dena Schnupp.

Mill Run Fall Fest

Enjoy life together as a community at the Mill Run Fall Fest. There will be food trucks, pickleball, euchre tournament, giant inflatables, face painting, free raffle prizes, kite festival, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, and music! There is something for everyone. You don’t have to be part of UALC, or any church for that matter to join in the fun. Bring money for the food trucks but everything else is free! Find more information here.

Tae Kwon Do - Camp Kick

A five-day summer day camp including basic Tae Kwon Do skills, crafts, Bible stories, and games. For ages 5-8.

Operation Christmas Child (OCC)

OCC is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. In November, they collect shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies for children around the world, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Lutheran Congregations In Mission For Christ (LCMC)

Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC) is an association of churches that is: free in Christ, accountable to one another, rooted in the scriptures and the Lutheran confessions, and we are all working together to fulfill Christ's great commission to go and make disciples of all nations. UALC partners with LCMC to empower local congregations for the work of the gospel. LCMC began in 2001 and now has almost 800 churches in the US and nearly 1000 worldwide. www.lcmc.net

North American Lutheran Church (NALC)

The North American Lutheran Church (NALC) is a Christ-centered, Mission Driven, Traditionally Grounded, Congregationally Focused Christian community. It is organized by mission districts of up to twelve congregations working together to accomplish together what they can’t do alone. The NALC has just enough structure to serve its congregations and ensure accountability. UALC is part of the Southeast Ohio Mission District.
