Christian Yoga - Mondays

We practice Christian prayer and Biblical reflection while engaging our bodies, minds, and spirits using a variety of strengthening and stretching movements. For all fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat. REFIT® Cardio Fitness for Women – Thursdays

REFIT® is a program for women that engages the whole person; body, mind and soul. This community-centered program focuses on building relationships as well as endurance. In this hour-long class, participants will find easy to learn movements, inspiring music, and a family friendly environment. Co-Ed Softball on Sunday Afternoons

The co-ed softball team emphasizes fun and fellowship. Games are Sundays from May-Aug. Men and women ages 16 and up are welcome. Cost is $25. Contact Andy Smith,

Monday Night Men's Softball

UALC has been a part of a competitive and fun church league for over 40 years. UALC members only are invited to share in the pride of our church and play softball on Monday nights. The season runs from April through early September and a commitment to the full season is appreciated. Must be 16 years old or older and a minimum of six players is needed. Cost is approximately $30. Tae Kwon Do for Ages Eight - Adult

Develop self-defense skills and enjoy regular exercise within a Christian environment. Students eight years and older meet at Lytham Road on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 11:00 am. Tae Kwon Do Jr. for Ages Five - Eight
Introductory martial arts class of basic kicks and punches for kids incorporating games, Bible stories, large motor exercises and repetition. Emphasis on first-time obedience, perseverance and self-improvement. Classes are offered for beginner-advanced during the school year at Lytham Road. Students must pre-register for each series of classes; cost varies for each session. Beginning level meets both Mondays, 5:30-6:15 pm and Saturdays, 9:00-9:45 am.
