Red Cross Blood Drive

Caring for our Neighbors - Resources and Support

Connecting our neighbors with resources and support. Find support programs like the Food Pantry, Clothes Closet and Summer Lunch Camp. 

Friendship Bible Class – Young Adult Special Needs Bible Class

A Bible class for young adults with special needs. It's an hour of a Bible lesson, songs, crafts, snack and prayer. All participants attend with an adult companion. Contact:  Linda Jokiniemi.

Funeral Receptions

Comforts grieving families and guests through meals and receptions after funerals and memorial services. Contact:  MaryAnn Smith or call 614-451-3736, ext 4655.

"Grands" Small Group

A group of grandparents meeting to encourage one another as we strive to help our grandchildren follow Jesus. All grandparents and step grandparents welcome. Contact:  Christine Thompson.

Hope Connection Support Group

Support for those with friends or family who have mental health issues; come to share, learn and be encouraged. Contact:  Kathy Felty.

Home Communion

Takes communion the first Sunday of each month to those in care facilities, hospitals, or at home. Contact:  Becki Bork.


Reaches out with the hope Christ gives us, to men and women who struggle with sexual and relationship brokenness, such as pornography, same-sex attraction, emotional dependency, extra-marital affairs, sexual abuse, and intimacy problems. LIFEwalk Ministries 

Provides emotional and spiritual support through prayer for those going through difficult times. Information and the online request form. Contact:  Kim Greene, email LIFEwalk.

Ministry Time

Prayer time during and after worship services, for anyone who desires prayer through the power of the Holy Spirit. Contact:  Buff Delcamp.

Prayer Line  

Prays for members of UALC and all others who desire prayer for any need. Submit a request. Contact: Becki Bork. 

Retirement Home/Adults

Provides worship services and Bible studies to area retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Contact:  Jeff Morlock or call 614-451-3736, ext 4652.

Sonshine Team

Get help with small home maintenance projects like changing light bulbs, small repairs or clean-up. Contact:  Jeff Morlock or call 614-451-3736, ext 4652.

Visitation Ministers

Visiting those who are hospitalized, homebound, in care facilities, and connecting with people who are going through various life experiences. Training is provided. Contact:  Becki Bork or call 614-451-3736, ext. 4634.

Widows’ Group

All widows welcome at any time for book discussion and prayer. Contact:  Jan Fitz.
